By playing Dictators vs Democracies, you agree to these terms. They're short, unlike most regimes.

It's free, as is

The game is free and provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't promise it will be available, bug-free, or still here tomorrow. Governments fall; so do servers.

Be decent

Overthrow your friends, not other people. In chat and in the names you choose, don't harass anyone, post anything illegal, or spam.

What we can do about it

We can remove names and messages, end games, and block anyone who misbehaves, at our discretion and without notice. No tribunal, no appeal.

It's satire

The leaders and organizations in the game are parodies. Their appearance doesn't mean they endorse the game, or that we endorse them.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we do, we'll update the date at the top, and playing after that means you accept them.
